Since 2018, founder Dale Kurschner has worked as an executive consultant, guiding companies through financial turbulence, complex transactions and strategic pivots. Over time, his work naturally gravitated toward the responsibilities of a fractional strategic CFO — providing cash flow clarity, transaction guidance and crisis navigation without the overhead of a full-time executive. 

Today Dale specializes in stepping in when the stakes are high: stabilizing liquidity, building rolling forecasts, and helping leadership teams make confident decisions under pressure. He also acts as a transaction strategist, coordinating valuation, due diligence and integration planning to ensure buy/sell opportunities create lasting value — including a recent award‑winning turnaround where assets sold for 48 times their appraised value.

His 20+ years as an award-winning financial journalist and communications leader in two publicly traded companies sharpened his ability to dissect financial statements and acquisition plans with rigor, uncover issues others missed and translate complexity into clear, actionable insights.  Today, those same skills help him spot risks early, communicate effectively with executives, boards and investors and design strategies that protect and grow enterprise value.

Combined with decades of leadership experience as an entrepreneur, corporate executive, elected official and editor‑in‑chief, Dale offers a rare blend of analytical depth, strategic development and execution and board-level communication expertise — the skills companies rely on when navigating high‑stakes financial decisions.
