Founder Dale Kurschner has 30 years of leadership experience as a former entrepreneur, corporate executive, elected official and leading financial journalist who most recently served as Editor in Chief of Twin Cities Business. His background includes private equity, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, crisis management, municipal relations and media relations. This  includes selling assets for 48 times their appraised value (Turnaround of the Year); forming and leading communication units at two publicly traded companies (Lawson and UnitedHealth Group); starting a business and growing it to profitability; analyzing 1,000+ companies;  interviewing 200+ CEOs including live on stage; and on-air commentating (television and radio). Since 2018, Dale has worked with Platinum Group, which for more than 40 years has assisted businesses with turnarounds, succession planning, transitions, M&A and related special situations.
